Leigh, I backed the Kickstarter through Permies for the sourdough book. So I have this to look forward to.

TB, I did the same because Kate Downham writes the best books. I really need to hone my sourdough skills.

I can see what looks like bubbles to me ... assuming that I am right, you did well with the Bubbly prompt :) As for Sourdough, I haven't had any for years. I had a friend who had her own starter years ago, but then she moved to Wisconsin and I haven't had any since ... sad to say. But, lucky you and now you have made me think about how much I liked it :( Perhaps I will have to look into my options. Hope you are having the beautiful cool fall weather that goes well with your sourdough.

Oh my gosh...my arch nemesis...the sourdough starter lol...Leigh, last winter, I tried so hard to get a good starter going and it worked, except the bread never got bubbly while baking. I promised myself I'd try again this winter! If you have any tips, please email me!!! I'm dess-pert lol! ♥
