TB, that's a really good idea. I'm actually doing it for a permies.com SKIP badge. So I'm working on somewhat of a story board. Photo essays on so many things would make good photography projects.
That's the excellent advantage of pictures. "One picture is worth a thousand words" is very true, especially if the author doesn't word the description well. I should start think "picture stories" and see what I come up with.

That is neat, Leigh. It would make a fine photo essay to show the whole process from fiber to finished product.

Not only is it a great photo story, it helps people observing to know if they are doing things "correctly" in a way reading in a book cannot.
